Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. in partnership with Malayan Insurance Company, Inc. has rolled out its loyalty rewards program Todo Karga, Insured Ka! for motorists nationwide.
The program gives customers and their family monetary compensation for death or bodily injury arising from accidental, violent, external and visible means. Members can receive a maximum benefit of P100,000 for every secured member of the family.
To avail of the insurance card, gas up at your favorite Phoenix station. A purchase report card will be given to you to indicate purchase. To earn points, gas up at the same station. You will receive your insurance card when you reach the qualifying level for the insurance coverage you want.
One liter of gasoline is equivalent to 1 point. There are three Todo Karga, Insured Ka! benefit options to choose from: the Cyclomax Plan, Accelerate Plan and the Zoelo Plan, each with different insurance coverage. Accumulate 250 points to avail of the Cyclomax Plan, 500 points for Accelerate Plan and 1,000 for Zoelo Plan. These Phoenix insurance cards shall provide free accidental death, dismemberment, and disability insurance benefits for you and your family of at least P25,000.
The Todo Karga Insured Ka! insurance card will be valid for one year upon confirmation that you have been registered as a member of the program. You can activate the card through SMS (instructions are written on the card) or online .
In case of accident, to claim the insurance, go to the station where you got the insurance card. The station will give you the list of requirements you have to submit or direct you to the nearest Malayan Insurance Office.
This program is available in all 170 Phoenix stations nationwide.
