Steps to a Phoenix Franchise | |

1. Call our Franchise Manager at (082) 305-5585 or 0917-7001388 and book for an appointment. You may also visit our main office or simply fill up and submit the attached application form and letter of intent.
2. Our staff will call you to confirm a convenient time for you and the General Manager to sit down and discuss your needs as an investor.
3. Following the interview, you will be asked to fill up a Phoenix Franchise Application Form (if you have not done so yet) where your proposed site will be indicated as well. (If no site is proposed, we will look for a suitable area for you from our pool of lots.) You will be asked to pay a processing fee of Php1,000.00.
4. We will visit the site you proposed and inspect it. We will also do a traffic count within the week after your application requirements are submitted. Phoenix will approve your proposed site but in the event that the site does not conform to Phoenix's standards, you may submit other locations or choose from our pool.
5. Our General Manager will arrange for a second meeting to discuss matters involving the final approval of your application.
6. You will sign a Franchise Agreement with Phoenix and will be asked to pay the corresponding franchise fee and other related fees.
7. For franchisor-owned stations, Phoenix will secure the necessary permits; for franchisee-owned, the franchisee.
8. Your gas station will be constructed in two to three months depending on the size of the station.
9. You and your staff will undergo technical training.
10. We will assist you in your soft/grand opening.
