Information Technology Manager
Graduate of IT-related courses
Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial capacity who can address the overall technical needs and provide support for the facility
Knowledge on hardware, software, network and communications, data and security systems, Nortel, Avaya, Cisco and/or Microsoft
Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines and/or be assigned in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao

IT Helpdesk
Extensive knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of PC components and hardware
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Highly developed listening and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service and customer interaction skills
Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines and/or be assigned in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao
